I'm Nick Greilich, founder of Alder Brook Construction. With 20 years in the skilled trades, a BS in Business, and an MS in Facilities Management, I bring both hands-on expertise and professional project management to every job. Most of my clients are repeat customers, and that is something I am proud of. I have built great rapport with area inspectors, suppliers, and subcontractors, which helps each job run smoothly.

A partial gut renovation of a Burlington apartment building, including removal of unused front stairs to create an additional bedroom, a full kitchen remodel with butcher block countertops and open shelving, two new bathrooms, and refinished hardwood floors throughout — resulting in a modern 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit.

Custom Composite Deck — Hinesburg

Complete tear-down and replacement of an aging wood deck. We installed composite decking with a white PVC rim board, a custom black aluminum railing system, and a gated staircase — built to handle Vermont winters for decades to come.
